●  In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days
●  Turnaround times are not guaranteed and occasional delays may occur
●  This schedule helps us offer free shipping for all Museum Nerds

●  Average delivery time: 3–9 business days (does not include weekends)
●  May be longer during peak shipping seasons
●  Transit times depend on package size, destination, and shipping method

●  All orders ship via USPS
●  Smaller items ship First Class
●  Order confirmation email included
●  Orders shipped via First Class do not include tracking
●  Tracking is not available
●  Larger items ship with tracking
●  Confirmation email with tracking is sent once the order leaves our warehouse

FREE SHIPPING
All retail orders ship free to the contiguous United States, Hawaii and Alaska. 

EXPEDITED DELIVERY SERVICES
We do not currently offer expedited delivery services.

Shipment tracking is a service provided by USPS. The carrier assigns a unique tracking code to your package once that package is recorded as being in their system and has left our distribution warehouse. We are given access to these tracking codes by the carrier once a package is shipped. Until the carrier assigns these tracking codes, we cannot provide you access to tracking information. USPS First Class packages do not include tracking.
